Delivery service:

Delivery is carried out by EMS, Ezone, & BMPS.

 

Shipping time:

All our products are ready to be shipped to you. It takes approx. 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Followed by an approx. 2-3 weeks for delivery. For more information about the delivery time of a specific product, please refer to the respective product page.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which you can use to easily track the route of your package.

Have you received a package but not all items are included? Don't worry, we haven't forgotten half of it! Sometimes we actually ship packages separately so you don't have to wait too long for everything due to different production times. The rest of your order should arrive soon. Packaging and partial deliveries:

Your order will be packed with the utmost care so that it reaches you safely. If you still notice any damage to your item, please contact our customer service. For shipments with multiple items from different product categories, the packaging may vary out of concern for the environment if this means they can be packed into fewer individual shipments.

 

Shipping to Belize

Shipping to Belize is done using a bulk order method, whereby orders are taken in and then sent in bulk. This is done to reduce the cost of shipping for our Belizean People and to lower our carbon footprints. Therefore delivery takes a little longer and can take up to 20 working days until everything is ready for dispatch.

 

Delivery issues:

A return to us can have several reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address, several unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of acceptance or it was not picked up from the post office within the specified period. But don't worry, just let us know via
sublime.stuudios@gmail.com or  +886 0909673562  if you would like to have your items sent again and whether you would like to choose an alternative address. We'll take care of it immediately.

As soon as the item is on its way, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please check:

Did our email perhaps get lost in your spam folder?

Which email address did you provide when ordering (for example, when registering via Facebook, we send your updates to the address with which you are logged in on Facebook)?

Tracking with your tracking number does not work:

No worries! For newly shipped packages, it may take up to 24 hours for recently uploaded tracking numbers to be activated.

Such an error message usually comes in the form “The shipment 123456789 is currently unknown to us' ' or “We currently have no information about the shipment number 123456789,” but don’t panic, your package will arrive.

However, if you continue to have problems after 24 hours, please contact our customer support at sublime.stuudios@gmail.com or  +886 0909673562  and they will take care of you.

You got a tracking number but the package has been hanging in the same place for a few days and can't find its way to you? Our customer fairies will be happy to take care of it – just let us know. We will contact EMS for you and keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Lost package:

Your package didn't find its way to you? Didn't receive a delivery notification a week after your shipping confirmation?
